Arroz de frango no forno - Ruralea

INGREDIENTES

  • 1 chávena de chá de arroz
  • 3 coxas de frango
  • 2 cebolas
  • 2 dentes de alho
  • 100 g de bacon
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de água
  • qb de azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque a água a ferver num tacho com uma cebola inteira descascada e sal.
  • Coza as coxas durante 20 minutos. Coe e reserve a água de cozedura.
  • Desosse as coxas de frango.
  • Num tacho com um pouco de azeite refogue cebola picada e alho picado.
  • Junte o bacon e apure.
  • Adicione o frango desfiado e confecione mais um pouco.
  • Acrescente o arroz e misture.
  • Em seguida acrescente 800 a 900 ml de caldo de cozedura do frango. Tempere com sal e pimenta e confecione até o arroz estar no ponto.
  • Pré-aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Transfira o arroz para uma travessa e leve ao forno decorado com pedacinhos de bacon durante 20 minutos.
  • Retire e sirva.

DICAS

  • Se possível utilize frango do campo.
  • Pode utilizar chouriço ao invés de bacon.
  • Quando desossar limpe muito bem as peles e os ossos.
  • Pode utilizar também outras partes do frango.
  • Sirva com uma salada de tomate, cebola e coentros.
  • Decore o tabuleiro com bacon e chouriço.
