INGREDIENTES

  • 3 bifes de 200 g
  • 400 ml de molho bechamel
  • 200 g de queijo mozzarella ralado
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta
  • qb alho picado
  • qb azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Tempere os bifes com sal, pimenta e alho em pó.
  • Num tabuleiro coloque um fio de azeite e os bifes por cima.
  • Acrescente o molho bechamel.
  • Cubra com o queijo mozzarella.
  • Leve a confecionar em forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC durante 25 minutos.
  • Sirva com um dos acompanhamentos que sugerimos.

DICAS

  • Para quem preferir pode optar por selar a carne antes de a colocar no forno e diminuir o tempo de confeção indicado. Nessa situação guie-se pela textura do queijo.
  • Esta receita pode ser adaptada a várias carnes, como por exemplo bifes de frango, ou mesmo de porco. Experimente igualmente com filetes.
