INGREDIENTES

  • 6 bifes de frango
  • 2 colheres de sopa de mostarda
  • 1 colher de sopa de vinagre balsâmico
  • 1 colher de café de massa de alho
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de sumo de limão

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Junte a mostarda, o vinagre balsâmico, a massa de alho, o sal, a pimenta, o azeite e o sumo de limão.
  • Num tabuleiro adequado regue os bifes de frango com a mistura e leve ao frio por cerca de 1 hora.
  • Confecione em forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC durante 15 minutos.
  • Vire os bifes de frango e volte a colocar no forno até estarem cozinhados.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Conforme fizemos referência pode acompanhar esta receita com um arroz ao seu gosto. Experimente o arroz de feijão.
  • Ao invés de bifes de frango pode utilizar um frango inteiro. Se assim for abra-o ao meio tipo churrasco para o temperar e confecionar, adaptando a quantidade de tempero.
