INGREDIENTES

  • 500 g de cenoura cozida triturada
  • 200 g de farinha
  • 200 g de açúcar
  • 2 ovos
  • qb de óleo
  • qb de açúcar em pó
  • qb de canela

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por misturar a cenoura, os ovos, o açúcar e a farinha numa tigela adequada até obter uma massa homogénea.
  • Frite porções de massa numa frigideira com óleo quente.
  • Retire com uma escumadeira para papel absorvente.
  • Deixe arrefecer e polvilhe com canela e açúcar em pó.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Para preparar a cenoura triturada coza-a em água e sal e esmague-a com o passe-vite, varinha mágica ou liquidificador.
  • Vá misturando os ingredientes dos mais líquidos para os mais secos.
  • Se apreciar acrescente canela à massa.
  • Utilize uma colher para medir a porção e dar forma aos bilharacos.
  • Os bilharacos devem ter a forma aproximada de pastéis e não a arredondada como os sonhos.
