INGREDIENTES

  • 400 ml de leite
  • 4 ovos
  • 2 chávenas de chá de farinha
  • 300 g de açúcar
  • 50 g de manteiga derretida
  • 1 colher de café de fermento em pó

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Bata os ovos e o açúcar até obter uma mistura homogénea.
  • Acrescente os restantes ingredientes e volte a bater bem.
  • Unte uma forma apropriada com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha.
  • Coloque o preparado na forma e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC durante 30 minutos.
  • Deixe arrefecer, desenforme e sirva.

DICAS

  • A quantidade de açúcar pode ser gerida consoante o seu gosto.
  • Deixe que o arrefecimento decorra no forno antes de tirar o bolo.
