INGREDIENTES

  • 1 chávena de soja granulada hidratada
  • 1 cebola
  • 2 dentes de alho
  • 2 colheres de sopa de molho de soja
  • 1 lata de tomate pelado
  • 50 ml de vinho branco
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de orégãos
  • qb de azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Num tacho adequado coloque a cebola e o alho picado, juntamente com um pouco de azeite. Deixe confecionar um pouco.
  • Adicione o molho de soja e em seguida a soja. Cozinhe mais um pouco.
  • Refresque com o vinho branco.
  • Junte o tomate e adicione uma pitada de orégãos. Tempere com um pouco de sal e pimenta. Confecione durante mais alguns minutos.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Nesta feijoada tenha cuidado com o sal adicionado, pois o molho de soja já é bastante salgado.
  • Hidrate a soja durante 10 minutos em água quente.
  • Existem alguns condimentos que pode acrescentar, como piripiri, louro ou tomilho.
  • Sirva com massa da sua preferência. Esparguete ou penne parecem-nos excelentes opções.
  • No prato pode ainda polvilhar com queijo parmesão.
