INGREDIENTES

  • 5 camarões tigre abertos sem tripa
  • 6 dentes de alho
  • 1 malagueta
  • qb de sal
  • qb de coentros
  • qb de azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré-aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Num recipiente adequado coloque o alho picado, o sal, o azeite, os coentros picados e a malagueta picada. Misture o preparado convenientemente
  • Disponha os camarões num tabuleiro para ir ao forno.
  • Regue-os com o preparado.
  • Confecione durante 15 a 20 minutos, ou até estar no ponto.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Tenha cuidado para não separar totalmente os camarões quando os abrir.
  • Faça a gestão da quantidade de picante de acordo com o seu gosto.
  • Se apreciar use sumo de limão no preparado e alguns gomos na altura de servir.
