INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg de tiras de entremeada
  • 100 ml de azeite
  • 6 alhos picados
  • 2 colheres de sopa de coentros picados
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de sumo de limão ou vinagre

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Tempere a entremeada com sal grosso.
  • Coloque-a no fogo e grelhe até atingir o ponto a seu gosto.
  • Entretanto, junte num recipiente adequado os ingredientes para o molho: azeite alho, coentros, sal, pimenta e sumo de limão ou vinagre.
  • Sirva a entremeada acompanhada do molho.
