INGREDIENTES

  • 500 g de choco partido em pedaços
  • 1 pimento vermelho limpo e partido em pedaços
  • 1 cebola cortada em pedaços
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de sumo de limão
  • qb de azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Utilizando espetos de madeira coloque de forma intercalada o choco, a cebola e o pimento.
  • Tempere com sal, pimenta, azeite e sumo de limão.
  • Grelhe até ao ponto que desejar.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode utilizar outros ingredientes como chouriço ou ananás.
  • Mergulhe os espetos em água (se forem de madeira).
  • Para confecionar pode também utilizar uma frigideira bem quente, com um ligeiro toque de óleo espalhado.
  • Sirva com batata cozida e salada.
