INGREDIENTES

  • 1 frango do campo
  • 5 dentes de alho
  • 75 g margarina
  • 20 cl azeite
  • 33 cl cerveja
  • qb pimentão-doce
  • qb piripiri
  • qb sumo de limão
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Aqueça o forno a 180° C.
  • Coloque na picadora os dentes de alho, o azeite, o pimentão-doce, o piripiri e a cerveja. Tritute tudo muito bem, até formar uma pasta.
  • Utilizando o tabuleiro onde vai cozinhar, barre o frango com o preparado e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.
  • Regue com o sumo de limão, e espalhe as nozes ou cubos de margarina por cima.
  • Asse no forno durante 30 minutos ou até verificar que o frango se encontra bem tostado e cozinhado. Tenha o cuidado de o ir virando ao longo do tempo.
  • Sirva com um acompanhamento a gosto

DICAS

  • A utilização de cerveja tem várias vantagens, nomeadamente o facto de amaciar a carne.
  • Se quiser acompanhar com batatas, pode assá-las no mesmo tabuleiro do frango com cerveja e levar ao forno em conjunto.
