INGREDIENTES

  • 1 frango cortado aos pedaços
  • 5 dentes de alho
  • 1 limão
  • 1 colher de sopa de mel
  • 1 colher de sopa de mostarda
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta
  • qb azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 ºC.
  • Num tabuleiro de forno coloque o frango e em seguida o azeite, os dentes de alho esmagados, o sumo de limão, o mel e a mostarda.
  • Envolva tudo muito bem e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.
  • Leve ao forno durante 50 minutos.
  • Sirva com um dos acompanhamentos que sugerimos.

DICAS

  • Para quem gostar de um prato mais picante, pode adicionar piripiri a gosto nos ingredientes iniciais.
  • O acompanhamento deste prato pode fazer-se com umas belas batatas cortadas a meio e assadas no forno com casca.
