INGREDIENTES

  • 4 bananas bem maduras
  • 500 ml de leite
  • 200 ml de natas
  • 1 colher de açúcar em pó

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Descasque e corte as bananas em pedaços. Adicione o leite e o açúcar e misture bem.
  • À parte bata as natas até ficarem firmes.
  • Junte os dois preparados e torne a misturar até ficar homogéneo.
  • Transfira para um recipiente adequado que possa ir ao congelador.
  • Deixe que permaneça no frio por um período mínimo de 8 horas.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode optar por adoçar um pouco mais. Para isso aumente a quantidade de açúcar em pó. Mas cuidado, pois a banana já é um fruto naturalmente doce.
  • O gelado de banana presta-se a inúmeras combinações. Frutos secos, topping de morango, chocolate ou manteiga de amendoim são hipóteses a não perder.
