INGREDIENTES

  • 800 g de melancia sem pevides
  • 1 lata de leite condensado
  • 200 ml de natas
  • 2 folhas de gelatina dissolvidas em água

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e deixe bater durante alguns minutos.
  • Transfira para um recipiente adequado e leve ao congelador durante 5 horas.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Procure adquirir melancia que não apresente muitas sementes.
  • Faça a gestão da quantidade de gelado que produzir de acordo com a quantidade de melancia que quiser utilizar.
  • Coloque alguns pedacinhos de melancia no preparado após bater no liquidificador.
  • Pode colocar o gelado de melancia em formas individuais, mas pode igualmente utilizar forminhas de gelado.
  • Se preferir pode abdicar do leite condensado e das natas e utilizar açúcar em pó, equilibrando o conteúdo com água.
