INGREDIENTES

  • 3 limas
  • 100 g de açúcar mascavado
  • 300 ml de água

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Raspe a casca das limas para um recipiente.
  • Esprema as limas e misture com a casca.
  • Aqueça a mistura e adicione o açúcar.
  • Vá mexendo até estar dissolvido.
  • Retire do lume e transfira para um recipiente adequado.
  • Misture a água.
  • Leve ao congelador durante 2 horas.
  • Retire, pique com um garfo e sirva.

DICAS

  • Faça a gestão do sabor antes de levar ao congelador.
  • Não raspe a parte branca das limas, pois esta dá um sabor desagradável.
  • Se passadas 2 horas não estiver no ponto ideal, deixe no congelador durante mais tempo.
