INGREDIENTES

  • 800 g de lapas frescas
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • 2 colheres de manteiga derretida
  • qb de sumo de limão

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por demolhar as lapas em água com sal.
  • Misture a manteiga derretida, o alho e o limão.
  • Pré-aqueça a frigideira e em seguida coloque as lapas com a concha virada para baixo.
  • Cozinhe até as lapas se soltarem da concha.
  • Vá regando as lapas com a mistura de manteiga, alho e limão.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Deixe as lapas em água por um período de tempo suficiente para que a areia saia.
  • Se apreciar acrescente um pouco de piripiri ao tempero.
  • O tempo de confeção das lapas é bastante rápido, portanto tenha atenção a esse aspeto.
