INGREDIENTES

  • 0,5 kg de ginjas
  • 0,5 kg de açúcar
  • 0,5 l de aguardente

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Lave, escolha e prepare as ginjas.
  • Depois de as secar coloque-as num frasco apropriado juntamente com o açúcar.
  • Deixe em repouso durante 45 dias, para que se desenvolva a maceração.
  • Após esse período junte a aguardente e aguarde mais 60 dias.
  • Engarrafe, colocando uma porção de ginjas em cada recipiente.

DICAS

  • O local onde guarda os recipientes nas diferentes fases deverá ser exposto à luz solar.
  • Agite diariamente os recipientes nas diferentes fases.
  • Se gostar pode adicionar canela ao preparado inicial.
  • A quantidade de ginja a colocar em cada garrafa pode ser ajustada ao gosto pessoal.
  • Esterilize bem as garrafas antes de colocar o licor. Sugerimos que ferva água e a coloque no interior da garrafa durante 20 minutos.
