INGREDIENTES

  • 200 g de feijão-frade cozido
  • 200 g de couve cortada finamente tipo caldo verde
  • 250 g de broa de milho
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • 100 ml de azeite
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré-aqueça uma frigideira com o azeite.
  • Adicione os alhos picados e deixe que liberte um pouco os aromas e os sabores.
  • Junte a couve e cozinhe durante alguns minutos.
  • Esfarele a broa e adicione ao preparado. Deixe cozinhar até tostar um pouco.
  • Acrescente o feijão e deixe apurar. Tempere ou retifique com sal e pimenta.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • O feijão pode ser enlatado ou cozido à parte.
  • A couve também pode ser cozida previamente.
  • Aumente ou diminua a dose dos ingredientes ao seu gosto.
