INGREDIENTES

  • 2 ovos (mas apenas a clara de um deles)
  • 1 colher de chá de açúcar
  • 1 colher de sopa de farinha
  • 100 gr chocolate para culinária
  • qb manteiga

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Parta 1 ovo e a gema de outro para um recipiente adequado.
  • Adicione o açúcar e mexa convenientemente. Reserve.
  • Derreta o chocolate com a manteiga.
  • Junte o chocolate ao preparado e misture.
  • Adicione a farinha.
  • Coloque em formas individuais untadas com manteiga.
  • Leve ao forno a 180º por 7 minutos.
  • Desenforme e sirva.

DICAS

  • O tempo de cozedura poderá aumentar para 8 minutos se verificar que não é possível retirar os bolos sem que os mesmos percam a forma original.
  • Ao invés de utilizar formas individuais, pode utilizar uma forma única. Nesse caso procure servir o doce em fatias.
  • Sirva acompanhado com gelado, sendo que qualquer sabor combina com o chocolate e com os frutos vermelhos. Os frutos secos podem ser igualmente uma excelente opção de acompanhamento.
