INGREDIENTES

  • 800 g de carne de porco cortada em pedaços
  • 6 dentes de alho
  • 100 ml de vinho branco
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de manteiga
  • qb de pickles

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por temperar a carne com sal pimenta e alho picado. Reserve.
  • Numa frigideira coloque o azeite e a manteiga, deixando que aqueça e derreta.
  • Transfira a carne e respetivos temperos para a frigideira. Deixe que confecione um pouco.
  • Acrescente o vinho branco, deixando novamente confecionar.
  • Adicione os pickles, envolva suavemente e desligue o fogão.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode utilizar bifanas para este prato.
  • Se apreciar adicione uma ou duas malaguetas picadinhas no tempero inicial.
  • Uma sandes com esta preparação fica excelente.
