INGREDIENTES

  • 1 l leite
  • 100 g bolacha maria (meio pacote)
  • 8 colheres de sopa de açúcar
  • 2 carteiras de pudim mandarim
  • 3 ovos
  • qb caramelo líquido

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Leve ao lume um tacho com o leite e as bolachas.
  • Num outro recipiente, bata o açúcar juntamente com as duas carteiras de pudim mandarim e os ovos.
  • Quando o leite começar a ferver junte os dois preparados.
  • Misture muito bem utilizando uma vara de arames.
  • Após ferver e engrossar retire do lume.
  • Coloque o preparado numa forma de pudim previamente coberta com caramelo e leve ao frio durante um mínimo de duas horas. Deite o preparado numa forma de pudim forrada com caramelo.

DICAS

  • O passo dois deve ser bem efetuado até ter uma mistura homogénea.
  • O tempo de frio deve ser aumentado dentro do possível. O mínimo são duas horas, mas só ficará a ganhar se duplicar ou mesmo triplicar esse tempo.
  • Na hora de servir pode decorar com bolachas inteiras demolhadas em café ou mergulhadas parcialmente num molho de chocolate. Frutos secos ou mesmo bolacha moída também podem ser boas opções.
