INGREDIENTES

  • 400 g leite condensado (uma lata)
  • 800 g leite (equivalente a 2 latas de leite condensado)
  • 3 ovos
  • 2 colheres de sopa de café solúvel
  • qb caramelo líquido

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata até conseguir uma mistura homogénea.
  • Transfira a mistura para uma forma forrada com caramelo.
  • Tape a forma com papel alumínio e asse em banho-maria com o forno a 180ºC durante 90 minutos.
  • Após arrefecer leve ao frio.

DICAS

  • A medida para o leite deve ter como referencial a lata de leite condensado.
  • O ponto de cozedura do pudim deve ser controlado através de uma faca. Se ao colocar a faca no pudim esta sair limpa, a sobremesa estará pronta.
  • O tempo de frio deve ser no mínimo de 6 horas. Nessa altura deve desenformar e servir frio.
  • A decoração do pudim com frutos secos a seu gosto dará certamente uma combinação perfeita.
