INGREDIENTES

  • 1 rolo de massa folhada
  • 7 ovos
  • 1 lata de leite condensado pequena
  • 200 gr de coco ralado
  • qb coco ou açúcar em pó para decorar

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Estende-se a massa numa tarteira e pica-se com um garfo e reserva-se.
  • Batem-se os ovos inteiros muito bem, junta-se o leite condensado e por fim o coco.
  • Vai ao forno pré aquecido a 180º, durante mais ou menos 30 minutos (depende dos fornos).
  • Quando estiver lourinha por cima retire e deixe arrefecer.
  • Por fim, decore a gosto com o coco ou açúcar em pó.

DICAS

  • Tal como mencionado na receita, a forma mais simples de decorar esta tarte de coco é com o próprio coco ralado ou com açúcar em pó. No entanto, pode optar por outro decoração consoante o seu gosto pessoal.
