INGREDIENTES

  • 1 chávena de chá de arroz
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 100 g de farinheira sem pele
  • 2 chávenas de chá de água quente
  • qb de sal
  • qb de óleo

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque um pouco de óleo a aquecer. Junte o alho picado e a farinheira aos pedacinhos. Deixe confecionar um pouco.
  • Acrescente o arroz e envolva. Junte a água. Tempere com um pouco de sal.
  • Confecione por 10 a 12 minutos.
  • Sirva.

  • Para além de farinheira pode utilizar outros enchidos neste arroz.
