INGREDIENTES

  • 400 g de bacalhau lascado
  • 1 cebola
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 400 ml de molho bechamel
  • qb sal pimenta e azeite
  • qb pimenta
  • qb azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Leve o azeite ao lume e acrescente a cebola cortada em rodelas e o alho picadinho.
  • Quando estiverem macios coloque as lascas de bacalhau e deixe cozinhar. Retifique de sal e pimenta.
  • Transfira para um tabuleiro adequado para forno e regue com o molho bechamel.
  • Deixe cozinhar durante 15 minutos em forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC.
  • Sirva com os acompanhamento que lhe sugerimos.

DICAS

  • Ao invés de postas de bacalhau para obter as lascas, pode optar por utilizar bacalhau já desfiado e pronto a cozinhar.
  • Este prato pede acompanhamentos à base de vegetais, começando por uma bela salada mista.
