INGREDIENTES

  • 2 bifes de 200 g
  • 1 colher de sopa de mostarda
  • 1 colher de sopa de mel
  • 100 ml de natas
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta
  • qb manteiga
  • qb azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Tempere os bifes com sal e pimenta.
  • Aqueça uma frigideira com manteiga e azeite.
  • Quando derreter coloque os bifes e deixe que ganhem cor de ambos os lados. Retire os bifes e reserve.
  • Acrescente o mel e a mostarda à frigideira e deixe cozinhar em lume baixo.
  • Vá mexendo e quando obtiver uma mistura homogénea junte as natas.
  • Volte a mexer até homogeneizar novamente.
  • Junte os bifes e sirva.
