INGREDIENTES

  • 2 bifes do lombo com 300 g
  • 6 gambas
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • 100 ml de vinho branco
  • 200 ml de natas
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta
  • qb manteiga
  • qb azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Coloque ao lume uma frigideira com manteiga e azeite. Junte os alhos picados.
  • Deixe aquecer bem e frite os bifes ao seu gosto, temperando os mesmos com sal e pimenta. Retire e reserve os bifes.
  • Na mesma frigideira adicione o vinho branco e deixe apurar para que perca o teor alcoólico.
  • Coloque as natas e as gambas e deixe confecionar até as gambas estarem no ponto.
  • Cubra os bifes com o molho e sirva com o acompanhamento que sugerimos.

DICAS

  • Nesta receita os bifes não devem ser muito passados. Sendo ao gosto de cada um, a nossa sugestão é que este bife fique rosado por dentro.
  • Pode pensar em adicionar mais alguns condimentos a esta receita. Mostarda ou piripiri q.b. são opções interessantes.
  • Umas batatas fritas com casca ou um arroz de alho são excelentes possibilidades para o acompanhamento.
  • Sirva polvilhado com coentros, que casam muito bem tanto com carne como com marisco.
