INGREDIENTES

  • 700 g de abóbora
  • 100 g de açúcar
  • 75 g de farinha
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 colher de sopa de aguardente
  • qb de sal
  • qb de raspa de limão
  • qb de canela
  • qb de óleo para fritar

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por descascar e lavar a abóbora. Corte em pedaços e coza em água com uma pitada de sal.
  • Escorra bem e embrulhe num pano que permita que a abóbora possa ficar a perder água durante algumas horas.
  • Com a abóbora bem escorrida junte-a com o açúcar, a farinha, o ovo, a raspa de limão, canela a gosto e a aguardente.
  • Misture até obter um preparado homogéneo e bem ligado.
  • Coloque uma frigideira com óleo ao lume e frite porções uniformes, que pode medir com uma colher de sopa, até estarem bem douradinhas.
  • Retire para um prato com papel absorvente.
  • Sirva.

  • Escorrer bem a abóbora é essencial. Portanto, se puder, deixe de um dia para o outro.
  • Se quiser os bilharacos de abóbora mais doces, aumente um pouco a quantidade de açúcar.
  • Ao invés de raspa de limão pode utilizar laranja.
