INGREDIENTES

  • 2 batatas médias descascadas e cortadas às rodelas finas
  • 2 bifes de vaca aparados com 200 g cada
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • 1 folha de louro
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de azeite
  • 1 ovo

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Numa fritadeira com um pouco de óleo frite as batatas.
  • Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta a gosto.
  • Coloque uma frigideira com um pouco de azeite a aquecer.
  • Esmague os dentes de alho e coloque na frigideira.
  • Em seguida introduza o bife e confecione de ambos os lados até ao ponto a seu gosto. Reserve.
  • Estrele o ovo numa frigideira à parte. Retire e coloque em cima do bife.
  • Sirva num prato acompanhado das batatas.

DICAS

  • Escolha o corte da carne que preferir. Sugerimos vazia.
  • Se achar conveniente bata os bifes antes de os colocar na frigideira.
  • Aumente ou diminua a quantidade de alho de acordo com o seu gosto.
  • Experimente acompanhar também com um pouco de salada.
  • Se apreciar coloque alguns pickles e azeitonas pretas no prato quando servir.
