INGREDIENTES

  • 1 batata doce cozida e triturada/esmagada
  • 2 chávenas de chá de farinha de aveia sem glúten
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 pitada de sal
  • 1 colher de chá de fermento
  • ½ chávena de chá de água

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Numa taça misture a batata-doce e o ovo.
  • Em seguida acrescente os restantes ingredientes e volte a misturar.
  • Molde as bolachas e coloque num tabuleiro coberto com papel vegetal.
  • Confecione durante 25 minutos ou até ficarem douradinhas.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode gerir a quantidade de ingredientes de acordo com o que pretender preparar.
  • Se tiver dificuldade a moldar a massa junte mais farinha.
  • Para fazer as bolachas uniformes utilize uma colher para medir a porção.
