INGREDIENTES

Para a massa:

  • 6 ovos
  • 100 g manteiga
  • 250 g farinha
  • 150 g espinafres
  • 200 g açúcar
  • 1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó
  • qb margarina
  • qb sal

Para a cobertura:

  • 200 g chocolate
  • 200 ml natas

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por pré-aquecer o forno a 180 ºC.
  • Unte uma forma com margarina e polvilhe com farinha.
  • Coza os espinafres em água e sal. Escorra e reserve.
  • No liquidificador, misture os espinafres, a manteiga, o açúcar e os ovos e triture um pouco.
  • Acrescente a farinha e o fermento em pó e volte a triturar até ficar homogéneo.
  • Deite a massa na forma e leve ao forno durante 40 minutos.
  • Retire, deixe arrefecer e desenforme.
  • Coloque o chocolate e as natas em banho-maria.
  • Aqueça e vá mexendo até o chocolate derreter.
  • Cubra o chocolate por todo o bolo e decore a gosto.

DICAS

  • Pode decorar o bolo de diversas formas, mas é muito saboroso com coco ralado.
  • Se não aprecia chocolate, o bolo de espinafres pode ser feito sem a cobertura.
  • Pode optar por utilizar óleo. Se assim o fizer, saiba que a quantidade de óleo deve ser metade da quantidade de farinha. Também deve diminuir a quantidade de ovos de 6 para 4.
