INGREDIENTES

  • 600 g de farinha
  • 150 g de açúcar
  • 1 colher de chá de canela
  • 100 ml de mel
  • 150 ml de água
  • 250 ml de azeite
  • 1 chávena de chá de nozes

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré-aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Num tacho adequado coloque a água, o azeite, o mel e a canela.
  • Aqueça até ferver.
  • Num recipiente à parte junte a farinha, o açúcar e as nozes. Misture.
  • Junte os dois preparados. Envolva muito bem até ter uma mistura homogénea.
  • Coloque a massa numa forma untada com manteiga e forrada com papel vegetal.
  • Leve ao forno durante 40 minutos.
  • Deixe arrefecer.
  • Desenforme.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode aumentar um pouco a quantidade de mel.
  • Para quem apreciar pode adicionar ingredientes como erva-doce ou outro tipo de frutos secos.
  • A massa do bolo deverá ficar bem consistente e densa.
  • Se apreciar aumente um pouco a quantidade de canela.
  • Faça o teste do palito para controlar a cozedura.
  • Sirva polvilhado com açúcar em pó e canela.
