INGREDIENTES

  • 8 ovos
  • 200 g de açúcar
  • 250 g farinha de amêndoa
  • 200 g de doce de gila
  • 1 laranja
  • 1 colher de chá de canela
  • qb de manteiga

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré-aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Comece por juntar os ovos e o açúcar. Bata até obter uma mistura uniforme e cremosa.
  • Adicione a farinha de amêndoa, o doce de gila, a canela e a raspa de meia laranja. Volte a bater até misturar bem.
  • Unte uma forma com manteiga.
  • Transfira o preparado para a forma.
  • Confecione durante 40 a 45 minutos.
  • Retire e deixe arrefecer.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Se preferir pode aumentar um pouco a dose de açúcar.
  • Pode utilizar miolo de amêndoa triturado ao invés de farinha de amêndoa.
  • Sugerimos uma forma sem furo.
  • Controle o ponto de cozedura. Este bolo não se quer muito seco.
  • Decore com açúcar em pó.
