INGREDIENTES

  • 5 postas de bacalhau para caldeirada congeladas
  • 4 cebolas grandes cortadas às rodelas
  • 3 batatas grandes cortadas às rodelas
  • 4 tomates maduros pelados e sem sementes
  • 1 pimento vermelho limpo e cortado às tiras
  • 100 ml de vinho branco
  • 3 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta
  • qb azeite
  • qb coentros

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Retire o bacalhau da embalagem e deixe-o a descongelar em ambiente de refrigeração por 2 horas.
  • Prepare os ingredientes conforme as caraterísticas expressas na lista.
  • Preencha o fundo de um tacho com azeite qb, de modo a tapá-lo.
  • Disponha alternadamente camadas de cebola, batata, tomate e pimento.
  • Em cima coloque as postas de bacalhau.
  • Adicione a polpa de tomate, o vinho branco e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto. Acrescente mais um pouco de azeite.
  • Cozinhe durante 25 minutos ou até perceber que os ingredientes estão a seu gosto.
  • Sirva decorado com coentros.
