  • 1 kg de camarões tigre cortados ao meio sem tripa
  • 1 limão
  • qb de sal

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por temperar os camarões com sal e sumo de limão.
  • Aqueça a grelha ou chapa.
  • Grelhe os camarões começando pela casca virada para baixo.
  • Passados 5 minutos vire-os e grelhe por mais 2 a 3 minutos.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode servir ao natural, mas também com uma maionese feita com alho, ovo, limão, azeite e sal.
  • Coloque uma pequena quantidade de azeite na chapa antes de grelhar e espalhe-o com papel absorvente.
  • Grelhe primeiro com a casca para baixo, pois vai preservar a “carne” dos camarões.
