INGREDIENTES

  • 200 g de cascas de batata
  • 2 colheres de sopa de azeite
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Após secar muito bem as cascas de batata, que devem ter sido muito bem lavadas, ou ter permanecido em água refrigerada algumas horas, coloque-as num tabuleiro antiaderente.
  • Tempere com azeite, sal e pimenta.
  • Confecione em forno pré-aquecido a 200 ºC durante 10 minutos de cada lado.

DICAS

  • Este petisco pode ser frito. Não podemos dizer que não ficam boas, apenas menos saudáveis.
  • Como referimos são vários os molhos com que as pode acompanhar, mas sugerimos uma maionese de alho.
  • Deve lavar muito bem as cascas de batata antes de as cortar, de modo a fazer este reaproveitamento.
  • Outra opção interessante é deixar as cascas em água e no frio de um dia para o outro. Em todo o caso deve sempre secá-las muito bem antes de confecionar.
