INGREDIENTES

  • 6 codornizes
  • 3 alhos
  • 1 colher de sopa de colorau
  • ½ limão
  • 50 ml de vinho branco
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Prepare uma marinada com o alho triturado, o colorau, sumo de meio limão, vinho branco, azeite a gosto, sal e pimenta.
  • Num tabuleiro de forno regue e envolva as codornizes na marinada.
  • Reserve no frio durante 2 horas.
  • Pré-aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Confecione por 60 minutos.
  • Sirva.
