INGREDIENTES

  • 500 g de cogumelos frescos laminados
  • 1 cebola
  • 2 dentes de alho
  • 2 tomates maduros
  • 2 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate
  • 2 cenouras
  • 125 g de queijo mozzarella de búfala
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Num tacho ou frigideira adequada coloque azeite, a cebola picada, o alho picado, o tomate sem pele e sem sementes aos pedaços e a polpa de tomate. Deixe cozinhar um pouco.
  • Lave bem os cogumelos e acrescente ao preparado. Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.
  • Deixe cozinhar até apurar.
  • Parta o queijo mozzarella de búfala em pedaços e misture.
  • Deixe o calor atuar um pouco e envolva.
  • Sirva.

  • Utilize a variedade de cogumelos que preferir. Pode optar por cogumelos brancos, Marron, Portobello, etc.
  • Um toque de piripiri pode ligar bem.
  • Sirva polvilhado com coentros.
  • O queijo mozzarella de búfala pode ser substituído por outro ao seu gosto.
  • Acompanhe com arroz ou com qualquer tipo de massa.
