INGREDIENTES

  • 600 g de entrecosto partido em pedaços
  • 1 colher de sopa de pimentão
  • 4 dentes de alho
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta
  • qb de azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Tempere o entrecosto com o pimentão, alho picado, sal e pimenta.
  • Guarde no frio por 1 hora.
  • Numa frigideira coloque a aquecer um pouco de azeite.
  • Frite o entrecosto de ambos os lados.
  • Retire para papel absorvente.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • O entrecosto deve estar partido em pedaços pequenos.
  • Se apreciar coloque um pouco de piripiri na marinada.
  • Cuidado com o sal, pois a massa de pimentão já é salgada.
  • No tempero pode utilizar um pouco de vinho branco e de louro.
  • Pode funcionar como entrada ou refeição. Neste último caso sugerimos que acompanhe com arroz de feijão.
