INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg de batatas
  • 5 dentes de alho picados
  • 1 dl de azeite
  • 2 colheres de sopa de salsa fresca picada
  • qb sal
  • qb pimenta branca moída na altura

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Descasque, lave e coza as batatas em água temperada com sal.
  • Depois de cozidas, retire as batatas e escorra-as.
  • Com o auxílio de um garfo, esmague as batatas grosseiramente.
  • Frite os dentes de alho picados, no azeite sem os deixar queimar, adicione a batata e a salsa.
  • Tempere com sal e pimenta.
  • Sirva como acompanhamento de bifes de cebolada, iscas etc..

DICAS

  • A esmagada de batata é um acompanhamento que combina bem com muitos pratos e que pode ser enriquecido de várias formas. Pode adicionar bacon, espinafres e ovos, por exemplo.
  • Se preferir, pode substituir a salsa por coentros.
  • Pode adicionar outras especiarias da sua preferência. Noz moscada é uma boa opção, assim como o colorau e folhas de louro.
