INGREDIENTES

  • 12 tomates cherry
  • 1 cebola
  • ¼ pimento vermelho
  • ¼ pimento verde
  • 3 fatias de abacaxi

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Prepare a cebola, o pimento e o abacaxi. Depois de devidamente limpos corte-os em pedaços generosos.
  • Coloque todos os ingredientes em espetos de maneira alternada.
  • Grelhe na brasa.

DICAS

  • Caso utilize espetos de madeira mergulhe-os em água durante 30 minutos. Este aspeto vai permitir que suportem melhor o calor.
  • Sirva com molho de iogurte.
  • Tempere com azeite e coentros.
  • Este preparado pede um bom pão.
  • Sirva com arroz a acompanhar carne ou peixe grelhado, mas pode igualmente servir isoladamente.
