INGREDIENTES

  • 200 g de folhas de espinafres
  • 5 dentes de alho picadinhos
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por colocar uma frigideira ao lume com o azeite e os alhos.
  • Sem deixar aquecer demasiado, acrescente os espinafres.
  • Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.
  • Deixe cozinhar até ficarem al dente.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Adquira os espinafres ao molho. Vai poupar na carteira e ganhar no gosto.
  • Faça a gestão da quantidade de sal e de pimenta de acordo com a sua preferência. Mas não poupe no alho.
  • Em relação ao alho pode também utilizar alho em pó, ou esmagar os dentes ao invés de os picar.
