INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg de favas descascadas
  • 500 g de entrecosto às tiras
  • 150 g de chouriço de carne às rodelas
  • 1 cebola
  • 2 dentes de alho
  • 100 ml de vinho branco
  • 25 g de coentros
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimentão
  • qb de azeite

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Tempere o entrecosto com sal, pimentão, vinho branco e um fio de azeite.
  • Num tacho adequado coloque azeite, cebola picada e alho picado. Deixe alourar.
  • Junte o entrecosto e a marinada e confecione durante alguns minutos.
  • Acrescente o chouriço de carne. Continue a confecionar durante mais alguns momentos.
  • Ao tacho acrescente as favas e os coentros picados.
  • Adicione um pouco de água quente e deixe confecionar por 15 a 20 minutos.
  • Retifique os temperos.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Pode juntar louro aos ingredientes.
  • Aumente a diversidade de carnes de acordo com o que mais apreciar. Lombo de porco ou enchidos são boas opções.
  • De acordo com o seu gosto aumente ou diminua a quantidade de coentros.
  • Coza uma farinheira para juntar ao prato.
  • Acompanhe com arroz branco.
