INGREDIENTES

  • 500 g de abóbora cozida e escorrida
  • 2 ovos
  • 1 laranja
  • 150 g de farinha
  • 25 g de açúcar
  • qb de canela
  • 1 cálice de vinho do Porto
  • 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré-aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Num recipiente adequado junte a abóbora, os ovos, o sumo e a raspa de laranja, a farinha misturada com o fermento, o açúcar, a canela a gosto e o vinho do Porto.
  • Amasse até obter uma mistura homogénea.
  • Com uma colher destaque porções de massa e coloque-as num tabuleiro com papel vegetal.
  • Confecione durante 20 minutos.
  • Deixe arrefecer.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Para preparar a abóbora mais rapidamente, e após a cozedura com sal, escorra-a num passador adequado, mas sem a apertar demasiado.
  • O vinho do Porto pode ser substituído por outra bebida ao seu gosto.
  • Ao invés de utilizar o forno também pode fritar as filhoses. Embora menos saudável, é uma opção!
