INGREDIENTES

  • 1 embalagem de massa folhada
  • 2 alheiras grandes
  • 1 gema de ovo

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Retire a pele às alheiras fazendo um corte longitudinal às mesmas.
  • Misture a massa das 2 alheiras com as mãos e reserve.
  • (NOTA: cada uma das alheiras dá, em média, para 3 folhados ou 6 mini-folhados).
  • Estenda a massa folhada e divida-a em 6 retângulos iguais.
  • Pincele com a gema de ovo.
  • Coloque um pedaço de massa de alheira em cada retângulo.
  • Feche e una a massa.
  • Faça 3 ou 4 pequenos cortes na superfície de cada filhado.
  • Pincele novamente cada folhado com a restante gema de ovo.
  • Coloque-os num tabuleiro polvilhado com farinha e leve-os ao forno durante 25 minutos a 220ºC.
  • Retire, deixe arrefecer e sirva.

DICAS

  • Se quiser optar por fazer mini folhados de alheira, basta cortar cada um deles em 3 partes iguais antes de os levar ao forno.
  • A alheira já tem um tempero acentuado e sabor forte e, por isso, não necessita de condimentos adicionais.
  • É possível, no entanto, adicionar ingredientes extra à massa das alheiras: grelos, espinafres, queijo ou maçã são alguns dos mais habituais.
