INGREDIENTES

  • 3 postas de garoupa
  • 600 g de batatas
  • ½ pimento vermelho
  • 1 cebola
  • 2 tomates sem pele e sem sementes
  • 2 colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate
  • 2 dentes de alho
  • 150 ml de vinho branco
  • qb de azeite
  • qb de sal
  • qb de pimenta

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Pré-aqueça o forno nos 180 ºC.
  • Comece por temperar as postas de garoupa com sal e pimenta. Reserve.
  • No fundo de um tabuleiro de forno coloque azeite, cebola em meias-luas, o pimento às tiras, alho picado e o tomate em pedaços.
  • Coloque as postas de garoupa por cima e regue com vinho branco, a polpa de tomate, e mais um fio de azeite.
  • À volta disponha as batatas às rodelas.
  • Confecione durante 45 a 50 minutos.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • Corte as batatas com pelo menos 1 dedo de espessura.
  • Se preferir cozinhe a garoupa inteira com alguns golpes.
  • Algumas rodelas de chouriço podem deixar o prato ainda mais saboroso, bem como uma folha de louro no tempero.
  • Também pode acompanhar com uma salada mista.
  • Sirva polvilhado com salsa ou coentros.
