INGREDIENTES

  • 400 ml de natas
  • 500 ml de leite
  • 200 g de açúcar
  • 2 ovos
  • 2 colheres de café de essência de baunilha

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por bater as natas até que ganhem consistência. Reserve no frio.
  • Em seguida junte os ovos e o açúcar e bata de modo a envolvê-los. Coloque então os ovos e a essência de baunilha e bata novamente.
  • Leve a lume brando até ferver. Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer.
  • Junte as natas ao preparado anterior e misture suavemente.
  • Transfira para um recipiente adequado.
  • Leve ao congelador por cerca de 5 horas.
  • Sirva.

DICAS

  • As natas podem ser guardadas no frigorífico antes de as bater.
  • Ao invés da essência de baunilha pode utilizar uma vagem ou baunilha em pó. Mas, nesse caso, coe a mistura depois de levar ao lume.
  • Sirva polvilhado com frutos secos, com topping de morango ou chocolate, ou com canela em pó. Os mais arrojados, podem colocar um pouco de tudo!
