INGREDIENTES

  • 5 romãs
  • 1 limão
  • 250 g de açúcar gelificante

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Triture os bagos de romã de modo a obter sensivelmente 400 ml de sumo.
  • Coloque o sumo de romã num tacho, juntamente com o sumo de limão.
  • Leve ao lume e quando começar a ferver adicione o açúcar.
  • Confecione até atingir a consistência desejada.
  • Retire e coloque em frasquinhos.

DICAS

  • Pode controlar a quantidade de sumo de limão, de acordo com o seu gosto.
  • No mesmo sentido pode gerir a quantidade de açúcar, colocando um pouco mais ou um pouco menos. Mas cuidado com os excessos.
  • A grande vantagem do açúcar gelificante é que reduzirá bastante o tempo necessário para obter a consistência de geleia.
  • Se optar por colocar a geleia num frasco, esterilize-o primeiro. Para isso coloque o frasco e as tampas num tacho com água quente e deixe ferver durante 10 minutos. Depois retire, seque naturalmente, encha-os e tape-os, virando-os para baixo.
