INGREDIENTES

  • 1 l de leite
  • 5 colheres de sopa de açúcar
  • 3 colheres de sopa de amido de milho (ou farinha de trigo)
  • 4 gemas
  • 1 pau de canela
  • 1 casca de limão

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Comece por aquecer o leite com a casca de limão e o pau de canela. Quando ferver reserve retirando a canela e o limão.
  • Junte o açúcar, o amido de milho e as gemas. Mexa até obter um preparado homogéneo.
  • Misture o leite e o preparado e leve a lume brando. Deixe engrossar.
  • Transfira para uma travessa e deixe arrefecer.
  • Conserve no frio antes de servir.

  • A quantidade de açúcar pode ser gerida de acordo com o gosto pessoal.
  • O amido de milho pode ser substituído por farinha de trigo sem fermento.
