INGREDIENTES

  • 0,5 kg de amoras
  • 300 g de açúcar
  • 0,5 l de aguardente
  • 0,5 l de água

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Lave bem as amoras, deixe-as secar e coloque-as num frasco juntamente com a aguardente.
  • Deixe em repouso por 3 semanas.
  • Passado este tempo junte o açúcar e a água num tacho, e deixe ferver até obter uma calda.
  • Após arrefecimento, junte à mistura de amoras e aguardente, deixando repousar por mais 4 semanas.
  • Coe e engarrafe.

DICAS

  • O local onde guarda os recipientes nas diferentes fases deverá ser escuro.
  • Deverá agitar os recipientes diariamente durante o processo.
  • Esterilize bem as garrafas antes de colocar o licor. Sugerimos que ferva água e a coloque no interior da garrafa durante 20 minutos.
