INGREDIENTES

  • 1 kg de morangos
  • 1 l de água
  • 500 g de açúcar
  • 1 l de aguardente

PREPARAÇÃO

  • Lave bem os morangos e prepare-os cortando-os ao meio e retirando o pé.
  • Transfira-os para um frasco adequado.
  • Junte a aguardente.
  • Guarde o frasco durante 3 semanas.
  • Coe a mistura e reserve.
  • Num tacho coloque a água e o açúcar. Leve ao lume e deixe ferver por 15 minutos.
  • Misture no preparado que reservou e coe novamente.
  • Engarrafe.

DICAS

  • Enquanto mantém o frasco guardado, deverá promover suaves agitações periodicamente.
  • Pode substituir a aguardente por outra bebida alcoólica. Por exemplo vodka ou cachaça.
  • Ajuste os ingredientes à quantidade de licor que quer preparar. Se não quiser arriscar opte por metade, ou mesmo um terço da receita.
  • Pode optar por aromatizar a calda com canela ou com um pouco de hortelã.
  • Esterilize bem as garrafas antes de colocar o licor. Sugerimos que ferva água e a coloque no interior da garrafa durante 20 minutos.
